Yes. We do not mass-produce or hold large inventory. Your piece is crafted after you place your order, personalized, gift-wrapped, and shipped, so please allow a short making time before it ships.

Is shipping free, and will I pay customs or duties?

Standard shipping is free worldwide. In the United States and Canada, the price you see at checkout is the price you pay, with no customs bill on delivery. United Kingdom and European Union orders may have local import VAT or a small handling fee set by your country's customs authority. Typical standard delivery in our main markets is about 3 to 5 business days after your order ships.
