How to choose a chain length
Necklace length changes the whole look, so it helps to picture where the pendant should sit. These are the standard lengths and where they fall on most people.

Every Goldlett piece is made to order, then shipped with duties and taxes already paid. That craft time is worth planning around so her gift arrives before the day, not after it. A simple rule: order about two weeks ahead for our main markets (United States, Canada, United Kingdom, European Union).

Keeping gold looking new

Personalized pieces are made just for her, which means they cannot be returned, so it is worth a five-second check before you order. Confirm the spelling of the name, and remember most name pendants fit up to about eleven characters. Accented letters are welcome; if in doubt, just ask us first.
