How long until my necklace arrives?
Each piece is made to order, so it is crafted before it ships. Production takes a few days, then standard shipping is typically 5 to 9 business days to the US and a little longer internationally. You will get tracking by email as soon as it is on its way.
Will I pay customs or import duties?
For orders to the United States and Canada, duties and taxes are covered, no surprise fees at delivery. For the UK, EU and other countries, shipping is free but your local customs may charge import VAT or duties on arrival, which are set by your country, not by us.
Is this solid gold?
It is an 18k gold finish over a durable base metal, not solid gold. That is how we keep a genuine gold look at a friendly price. The finish is demi-fine and designed to resist tarnish for everyday wear.
Can I return or exchange a personalized piece?
Because personalized name necklaces are made just for you, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, in which case we will make it right. Non-personalized items follow our standard 14-day return policy.
