This policy explains what personal information Goldlett collects, why we collect it, and the rights you have. The data controller is DEVALAND MARKETING S.R.L. (details below).

What we collect

Order and contact details you provide (name, shipping address, email, and payment confirmation, though we never see full card numbers), your personalization text, and standard analytics about how you use the site.

Why we use it and our legal basis

To fulfil and deliver your order and provide support (performance of a contract); to meet tax and accounting obligations (legal obligation); to improve the store and prevent fraud (legitimate interest); and, only with your consent, to send marketing email you can unsubscribe from at any time.

Sharing

We share data only with the providers needed to run the store: our e-commerce platform (Shopify), payment processors, our print-on-demand and shipping partners, and our email platform. Each acts as a processor under contract, and we share only what is needed. We also disclose data where required by law.

International transfers

Some providers are located outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal and accounting requirements, then delete or anonymize them. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, object to or restrict certain processing, request portability, and withdraw marketing consent at any time. Email office@devaland.com to make a request.

We use essential cookies to run the store and, with your consent, analytics and marketing cookies. You can manage these through the cookie banner and your browser settings.

If you are in the EU you may lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority. In Romania this is the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP), www.dataprotection.ro.
