Personalized pieces

Personalized items (anything engraved with a name, date, or initial, and our gift sets that include a personalized piece) are made just for you and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please double-check spelling and details before you order.

Non-personalized pieces

Non-personalized items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, unworn and in their original packaging. Email us to start a return.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email office@devaland.com within 14 days with a photo and we will make it right.

EU/UK consumer rights

Nothing here limits any statutory rights you have under applicable EU or UK consumer law. Note that, by law, made-to-order personalized goods are generally exempt from the standard distance-selling withdrawal period.
