Shipping policy

Every piece is made to order, so please allow about 2 to 5 business days for us to craft and engrave it before your order ships. Standard shipping is free, and a faster priority option is available at checkout.

Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States and Canada only. We are not accepting orders to other countries at this time.

We made that choice deliberately. Our workshop is in the United States, so orders to the US and Canada arrive quickly and with no customs step. Orders further afield were being held at customs for weeks and buyers were being asked to pay import charges we could not control. Rather than let that happen to anyone else, we closed those destinations until we can ship to them properly.

Delivery times

Once your order ships, standard delivery is typically 2 to 5 business days in the United States and Canada. Counting the making time above, most orders arrive within about one to two weeks. Priority shipping, where selected at checkout, is usually faster.

Duties and taxes

The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. Your order arrives with no customs bill and no extra fees on delivery.
