These terms govern your use of the Goldlett store and your purchases. The seller is DEVALAND MARKETING S.R.L. (details below).

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm by email when your order is accepted. Personalized items are made to order and are non-returnable, so please review your details before ordering.

Pricing

Prices are shown in your local currency where available and include duties and taxes for our main markets. We may correct obvious pricing errors and will let you know if this affects your order.

Shipping and returns

Delivery, duties, and our returns policy are described on our Shipping & Duties and Returns & Exchanges pages, which form part of these terms.

Intellectual property

The Goldlett name, site content, and product imagery may not be copied or reused without our permission.

Liability and your rights

We provide the store with reasonable care. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable mandatory consumer law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania and applicable European Union law, without affecting the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.

Legal guarantee of conformity

All products sold by Goldlett are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity under EU law (Directive (EU) 2019/771, in Romania OUG 140/2021): if a product is defective, not as described, or does not perform as reasonably expected, you are entitled to have it repaired or replaced free of charge, or to a price reduction or refund, for a period of two years from delivery. This legal guarantee applies to all products, including personalized and made-to-order items. The exemption from the 14-day withdrawal right for personalized items does not limit your rights regarding defects. To make a claim, contact us with your order number and photos of the issue.
